We will not accept any returns and refund requests once the order is delivered. However, we are happy to help you in any of the given situation:
Refunds are subject to the following conditions –
If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete.
If the product was damaged on delivery (In this case customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product)
Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
Farm&Me reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days to your bank account.
Farm&Me needs to be notified of damaged or missing product within 5 days from delivery date via email to info@farmme.in
Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made by hand so no two batches will be identical.
